Hi, I’m Madhu
My movement journey began a decade ago, rooted in curiosity and joy. It was then that I took my first dance lesson, which ignited a passion that still drives me today.
I'm a professional dancer, and certified yoga coach (with a special love for banana walnut cake🤭)
As I deepened my dance practice, I recognized the vital role of breathwork, posture, and anatomy in movement. This understanding led me to pursue certification as a yoga coach.
Through yoga, I built inner resilience, peace, and strength, which significantly enhanced my quality of life.
Now, as a 500-hour RYT certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, I am dedicated to helping others cultivate joy, resilience, and personal growth through mindful movement.
